Video Shows Robbery Suspect Dragging 86-Year-Old Victim From His Scooter

The woman was robbed on the Upper East Side, at East 64th Street and 1st Avenue.
Police are looking for a scooter-riding robbery suspect who is accused of two incidents in Manhattan this month. In one, he violently dragged an elderly woman on the Upper East Side.
According to the NYPD, on May 4th, just after 3 p.m., an 86-year-old woman was standing at the corner of First Avenue and East 64th Street when a male riding a scooter mounted the sidewalk and grabbed the woman's purse. The woman fell to the ground and was dragged by the scooter.

The suspect fled east on East 64th Street and the victim was taken to Cornell Medical Center to treat pain to her left arm.
On May 6th, at 2:50 p.m., a man riding a scooter approached a man exiting a vehicle at West 139th Street and 7th Avenue and slapped the man's keys out of his hands. The suspect continued west on West 139th Street; the victim's keys were recovered from under the vehicle.
Authorities are looking for a male who was last seen wearing a yellow helmet, dark pants and a black/white jacket.
