Man Apparently Jumps Off Staten Island Ferry

NYPD divers weren't able to go into waters earlier because of rough tides.

The NYPD divers will be looking for a man who jumped off the Staten Island Ferry earlier this morning.
The man apparently jumped from a docked boat near Bay Street in Staten Island. According to the Staten Island Advance, "A black man was seen jumping from a Staten Island ferryboat at about 6:40 a.m., and was spotted in the water immediately afterward, according to a spokesman for the NYPD. He has not been seen since."

Divers were unable to look for the man earlier, because of rough tides.
