Knicks Playoff Tickets Pre-Sale Starts At Noon Today (For Some)

April 19, 2012, 11:20 a.m.

Barring any insane meltdowns over their last four games, the Knicks will definitely be in the playoffs, most likely the seventh seed in the East—which means they're facing a marquee matchup against the Miami Heat.

The Knicks have looked dominant in their last two victories—they're reminding us of the early-00s Philadelphia 76ers, with Carmelo Anthony taking on the Allen Iverson role. Barring any insane meltdowns over their last four games, the Knicks will definitely be in the playoffs, most likely the seventh seed in the East (though ESPN points out it's still remotely possible they could leap over imploding Orlando for the sixth spot)—which means they're facing a marquee matchup against the Miami Heat in the first round. And the pre-sale for playoffs tickets starts today for Chase cardmembers.

Pre-sale tickets go on sale for Chase cardmembers starting at noon today (ending tomorrow at 6 p.m.) on Ticketmaster—you can go here to try to purchase tickets. Ticket sales for the general public start Saturday at noon. And if you do happen to get tickets, and perhaps have an extra one floating around, feel free to invite your favorite Gothamist writer! We're ready, willing and eager to discuss the giant portrait of Carmelo that is hanging on the wall of his midtown apartment.
