The 39-year-old was arrested in the death of a 45-year-old man who lived in the neighborhood, police say.

A Florida man was charged with murder Sunday for allegedly shooting and killing a fellow attendee at Brooklyn block party Saturday night, police said.
Tony Caba, 39, was arrested and charged with murder and criminal weapons possession for fatally shooting 45-year-old Roberto Cuevas on Fourth Avenue and 57th Street in Sunset Park, according to NYPD officials. Police said the gunfire erupted just before 9:15 p.m. and they were still investigating what started a dispute between the men.
Cuevas was struck in his back and was later pronounced dead at NYU Langone Hospital–Brooklyn. Officials said he lived about a mile north of the scene.
Caba lives in Kissimmee, Florida, according to the NYPD. Officials said they were looking into what he was doing in New York City. He was arrested in the same precinct where the shooting happened.
Attorney information for Caba was not immediately available early Monday as his arraignment was pending.
Police said another man was fatally shot around 2:30 a.m. Sunday on Pine and Etna streets in Cypress Hills. Wilky Toribio-Perez, a 23-year-old East Flatbush resident, was struck in his shoulder and taken to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Officials said they were still searching for a suspect and looking into a possible motive early Monday.
