Because wages are going up in NYC, here are your afternoon links: The Donut Pub is back, a 15-foot George Santos balloon, the White House's Christmas décor, and more from around the city and internet.

It’s Tuesday afternoon in New York City, where the minimum wage is set to go up to $16 in January.
Here’s what else is happening:
- The Donut Pub is back open at its original 14th Street location in Manhattan after closing last year when the building was damaged. The 60-year-old shop will now be open 24/7.
- A 15-foot George Santos balloon appeared near the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C., today.
- Meanwhile, over at the White House, the annual Christmas decoration display was unveiled. This year's installation features 98 trees and a gingerbread White House.
- Gallup’s 2023 workplace report showed the number of American workers who are unhappy at work continues to climb.
- Peak T-Swift? Harvard is now offering a class called “Taylor Swift and Her World,” while the University of Florida is offering a class called “Musical Storytelling With Taylor Swift and other Iconic Female Artists.”
- Is it ever the right time to release a Tesla Cybertruck?
- A New York woman is suing the salad eatery Chopt, claiming she found (and ate a bit of) a severed finger that was in her meal.
- And finally, when the shower is too good:
