- The MTA wants New York Road Runners to pay a $750,000 fee to shut down the Verrazzano Bridge for the New York City Marathon.
- NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information Tarik Sheppard went on NY1 this morning and accused NY Daily News columnist Harry Siegel of purposely making a factual inaccuracy (which got corrected) in his recent column on transit crime, saying Siegel has a "history of intentionally putting out wrong information."
- Citi Bike will offer free 30-minute rides on April 20, the same day the city is making 53 streets car-free.
