Former figure skater Nancy Kerrigan—whose bruised kneecap made headlines and SNL skits in 1994—has more blood in the family. Today her troubled older brother Mark was taken in on charges of giving their father a beating that caused his death.

The 70-year-old dad was found unconscious in the kitchen of his Massachusetts home on Sunday, after someone called 911 to report a "sudden death." His wife said he'd had a heart attack and that "there was nothing suspicious about the death" but that hasn't been confirmed, according to AP. Simultaneously, his 45-year-old son Mark was taken in for treatment of an "unspecified injury." He was later questioned by police and will be arraigned on Monday on charges of assault and battery to an elderly person.

In case you don't remember the hilarious Halloween costumes, in 1994 Nancy Kerrigan's Olympic opponent Tanya Harding paid a man to bang her in the knee cap with a collapsible baton. The thug figure skater was banned from the sport for life and Kerrigan—who is now 40 with three kids—recovered and won the silver medal.
