America's Next Top Model Attempts Another NYC Audition

After the last month's open casting call for America's Next Top Model Ladies turned into NYC's Current Hot Mess, ladies under 5'7" will get another chance to show they can smile with their eyes. The CW announced that a "final open call" for Cycle 13 contestants will be held this Saturday, April 11, but outlined a number of rules—and didn't reveal where the auditions would be just yet.

On March 14, thousands of aspiring models/reality show personalities lined outside the Park Central Hotel on West 55th for the ANTM auditions, only for chaos emerge after an overheating car was mistaken for a possibly exploding car and people started slapping each other. A stampede ensued (one witness called it "9/11 part two", another said girls were threatening to slash each others' faces) and the casting was cancelled prematurely.

Perhaps hoping to have a more organized event, the CW will be giving wristbands with auditions times and has rules and guidelines such as "No lining up overnight and no lining up prior to 6:00am. Registration will begin at 7:00am. These times may be amended at Producer's discretion," "Only women applying should stand in line," "No jumping in line or holding places in advance for others but it's okay if you're going to the restroom or getting food and water. You're not guaranteed to be allowed back in line. Be courteous to others around you," and "Once in the venue, no ins and outs."
