Zen Palate Opens New Restaurant In Meathead Murray Hill

The meathead-filled Murray Hill just got a meatless Zen Palate.

Vegetarian palace Zen Palate may have lost its sweet spot in Union Square years ago, to a TGI Friday's that opened in 2010, but it's primed for a comeback. The small chain still has a smaller outpost in Union Square, one in Hell's Kitchen, and now they've expanded again with a spot in Murray Hill.
According to Zagat, the soy spot is at 516 3rd Avenue. So far, the one Yelp review points to good things, noting "yummy food" and muscular waiters! That's so Murray Hill.
